The villa is managed locally in Luz and the house manager will visit you within 48 hours of your arrival and should be your first point of contact if you require any assistance during your stay. Supplies can be ordered from the local supermarket and delivered for your arrival. Please note that you will be charged as per the shop bill plus 5.00 € (Euros) delivery charge (about £3).
