All main bedrooms have their own terraces, and are positioned in such a way as to accommodate two families with privacy, and wide communal terraces face the sea. The house has been furnished minimally, but comfortably, and is well equipped to provide you with the essentials for a successful holiday house rental.

There is one full-time maid who comes in from 09.30-16.30 Monday - Friday, and 09.30 - 13.30 on Saturday. Her tasks include cleaning, bed making, clothes washing, washing up, some food preparation and simple cooking subject to availability of time. Laundry facilities are available in the maids room, please leave your laundry out for the maids rather than using the facilities yourself. A baby's cot and high chair are available if required. The villa has a telephone which is available for incoming and outgoing calls. The phone is metered and read on arrival / departure with any costs incurred collected by the local manager prior to your departure.

The villa is managed locally on a day to day basis. This includes supervising the general well being of the house and ensuring that everything is kept in working order, as well as seeing to the needs of the guests. You will be visited within 48 hours of arrival to help with instructions to the maids, etc., and please do not hesitate to ask them for help or advice in connection with the villa at any time. There is an information/advice guide provided in the villa which includes bank/supermarket/shop hours as well as telephone numbers of doctors/dentists/chemists, etc. Please read this as it will increase your enjoyment of the villa and your stay.
