The partially shaded main terrace is equipped with a variety of sun-beds. It enjoys good views of the swimming pool and the sea. Also enjoying views of the grounds and the bay the marble dining table is semi-enclosed and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is ideal for entertaining and barbecues are provided. The grounds are fitted with an automated irrigation system which comes on overnight. It is advisable therefore to tidy away valuable / delicate items each evening even if the weather is fine.  The gardens are maintained by a local firm whose staff will visit once a week to conduct routine mowing and pruning. The swimming pool, with adjacent freshwater shower, and the lower terrace lie between the house and the beach. A heat pump is fitted and can be activated for the duration of your stay. Outside the summer months (July / August) it is advisable to cover the pool overnight in order that it retains its temperature. The pool is maintained on a weekly basis by a local firm.
